"Imagine an elevator system that takes you all the way to your home while you are still seating in the comfort of your car!” That’s right, the new Porsche Tower Sunny Isles made it possible. Just park in your assigned space, sit back and relax. The futuristic Porsche Design Group is the latest in condo technology and has brought car lovers the comfort they are searching for. While still in your vehicle, a panoramic elevator that oversees the beautiful Atlantic ocean will take you right up to your doorstep “just like in the Jetsons”.

Simply, what makes this condo truly unique and revolutionary is the robotic parking system that will locate owners’ cars right next to their luxury units. Yes, it is possible! Luxury Porsche Tower Sunny Isles Beach’s most innovative building to date will be designed and developed by Germany’s Porsche Design Group in collaboration with a local developer Gil Dezer. It is a $560 million project that will feature 132 units ranging from 3,800 to 9,500 square feet and are expected to cost up to $9 million each.

This will most definitely be a dream-come-true for the eccentric buyers, as they will be able to see their beauties right from the comfort of the living room. You are probably wondering how your car will be transported to your condo’s front door. Well, it’s actually fairly simple: you pull up into a designated space, turn off the engine, sit back and enjoy the oceanfront view as you are escalated in a high-speed glass elevator to your unit. You won’t have to leave your car until you are at your doorstep. More specifically, a robotic arm, much like an automatic plank, scoops up the car and puts it into a glass elevator; the same robotic arm parks the car, leaving the resident at the entrance to their unit.

The Porsche Tower Sunny Isles building will be constructed on 2.2 acres of land on Collins Ave. This will be the most select condominium yet since this will the first and last one of its kind in South Florida. As Dezer put it, “we want to keep this really exclusive and not have this becomes a McDonald’s kind of style…this is something Floridians should be proud to have in their state”. The building will start development on the second quarter of 2013 and it will be finished around the second quarter of 2016.
